I have a Windows Computer, do I have to choose a Windows Plan?
Not at all, they're not connected in anyway to your hosting services.
Can I cancel at anytime?
You sure can, simply login to your Client Area and place a Cancellation Request. For security purposes we can't take Cancellation Requests via the Phone, Email or Live Chat.
Will you place ads on my site?
We will not advertise on your website in anyway, we'd love it though if you could put a small mention of us in your Footer!
Can I upgrade at anytime?
Of course, simply login to your Client Area, select Upgrade Account and it happens instantly!
Do you provide technical support?
Of course! We provide full 24/7 Support via the Phone, Email and if you look on the left of your screen you will see a green tab that says "HELP" simply click on that and you can Chat Live to your Technical Support & Sales Team
Can you host Joomla, Wordpress, Magento and Other CMS Programs?
Our servers are designed to run 99% of scripts out there and we have plently of customers who use those programs.
Do you backup my site?
Yes, we take daily backups of all websites and emails and store them offsite for 30 days. However we tell all customers to ensure that they take a backup on a regular basis as we hold no responsibility in the event the file is corrupt or un-readable.

All our servers are based in Christchurch with Clusters in Auckland & Dunedin.

Where we affected in the Christchurch Earthquake?
No at all, we have systems in place to ensure servers continue to run through any situation. Our Data Centre is designed to run off generators and our Server Racks are enclosed in metal caging to protect the servers and equipment in the event the building collapses. Within 3 minutes of the earthquake occurring we had switched all traffic to our Backup Servers in Auckland which were routed back to our Christchurch Data Centre with 24 hours. As we mirror our servers we can easily switched to the backup server without causing any downtime.
Do you allow Adult Sites?
All websites must meet New Zealand Guidelines, no illegal websites are allowed to be hosted on our services. If you have an adult or dating website we review each website on a case by case basis.
